Getting started with PaidHR is a breeze, and we have designed the process to fit your schedule. Our onboarding experience includes personalized 1:1 training to ensure you are comfortable and confident using the platform.

Before you begin your onboarding journey with PaidHR, please note that you will need to create an account first. You can do this easily by using our Signup Link

Here's what you can expect during your onboarding:

  • First, you will receive an email to confirm your email address. Once you have done that, keep an eye out for a message or call from our customer onboarding specialist - they are here to help!

  • Next, you will get instructions to create your PaidHR password.

  • After logging in, you will find an Onboarding Timeline that provides a step-by-step guide to setting up your account. Don't worry, we have made it straightforward and user-friendly.

  • Our team will review your account once you have completed the setup to ensure everything's in order. We are committed to supporting you every step of the way.

  • The highlight of your onboarding journey is a personalized 1:1 training session.

  • One of our specialists will walk you through PaidHR's features, answering your questions and ensuring you're ready to make the most of the platform.


Successful Onboarding completed, congratulations!

Once the onboarding period is over and you have successfully launched PaidHR to your team, the support from your onboarding specialist will conclude. But don't worry, it doesn't end there. We're still here for you! Our dedicated customer support team is always ready to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
